1. Who we are

This store and website are operated by Mickel Software LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States, trading as Aevum.

Throughout this document, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Mickel Software LLC. "You" refers to you, the customer.

By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this store. By placing an order you confirm that you meet that requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Our products

Aevum devices are personal-use beauty devices for at-home light therapy.

They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, take photosensitizing medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to a healthcare professional before use.

We make every effort to display our products accurately. Colors and finish may appear differently depending on your screen.

4. Orders and pricing

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, including in the case of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or a quantity that suggests commercial resale.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Prices and promotions can change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the time you place it and confirmed in your order confirmation email.

Promotional codes are subject to their own terms, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we never store your full card details.

6. Shipping and returns

Covered by our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Warranty

Every Aevum device carries a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, unauthorized repair, submersion in water, or normal cosmetic wear.

To make a claim, email support@aevumbeauty.co with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. Depending on the case, we repair, replace, or refund.

This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, video, logos and product designs, belongs to Mickel Software LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without written permission.

9. Customer reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, photo, comment or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display and reproduce it in connection with our products and marketing.

You remain responsible for what you submit. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive or unrelated to the product.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of that state.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its last-updated date. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
